Exchange, return and complaint
There is 14 days full return on all items from the date they are received.
If you regret a purchase, simply inform DFdesign and return the item in substantially the same condition and in the same amount as you received it. Once the item is received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded within a few days. However, you must handle the cost of the return. If a product has a defect or is wrong, we will cover your shipping costs once you have returned.
We process the orders in the order they are received. We aim to ship no later than 2 business days from the order placement.
The items are shipped with PostNord
Upon delivery, please check the items. If the package and/or content are damaged when you receive it, you must report it immediately. If you opened the package and discovered a defect, please contact DFdesign.
Names and Address Information
When ordering items at DFdesign.dk, we register your name and address in our order system to be able send our packages to you.
We keep your information unless we hear from you. You can notify us at any time if you wish not to receive newsletters from DFdesign. Simply let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on +45 2060 5111.
We guarantee that we will not disclose your personal information to third parties, including other companies.
We do this to store your items in the shopping cart if you choose not to place orders for the items and wish to keep them in your cart. Unless you delete the items in the shopping cart, they will be there the next time you visit www.dfdesign.dk. The shopping cart can be used as a kind of wish list.
If you do not want to save your items, you can delete them in the shopping cart. You can also delete the cookie we store on your computer: In your Internet Browser, go to 'Features' and select 'Internet Options'. Under 'General' tap 'Delete cookies' and press 'Ok'.
On DFdesign.dk you can safely use your credit card: Dankort, VISA Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB.
When you enter your address and credit card information, it occurs on a connection that is secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means that the information is encrypted, so no unauthorized person can read them. In the process of entering information, paying and placing the order, you will automatically be on the safe connection.
In order to keep safety as high standard as possible, we also use QuickPay. Credit card payment is also secured and approved by PBS (Pengeinstitutternes Betalings Service). Therefore, you can safely use your payment card.
Payment for purchased items will be deducted from your account when the package is shipped from us.
